Abortion Fees 6-12 weeks $350 13-17 weeks $450 18-20 weeks $1350 (Requires hospital stay from approximately 2 to 3 days) *Additional $100 fee for RH negative blood type. Must receive Rhogam prior to discharge. $25 for blood typing. Appointment times are 7:45 am and 12:30 pm. Monday - Thursday Friday appointments at 7:45 am only. Over 12 weeks are not performed in the afternoon. Possibility of using Cervidil if patient has not been pregnant before or is young. This makes the procedure easier, but takes a longer period of time. This is done at the physician's discretion. Payment Policies Abortion payments must be paid in Cash/VISA/MC or Discover. WE TAKE NO CHECKS FOR THIS PROCEDURE! Insurance will only be filed if you hae FAXed a copy of both sides of the card, including date of birth, patient's full name, and social security number, to be verified. You should check back to make sure of what your responsibility is prior to being seen and have your portion of the fee with you at the time of the appointment. Medicaid and Tricare/Champus DO NOT cover abortion, regardless of the circumstances.
