Policies With your cooperation, the Crist Clinic staff will attempt to best serve your needs. A sincere attempt is made to see you at your appointed time, but unforeseen delays may disrupt our schedule. If timing is critical for you, notify our receptionist and we'll reschedule your appointment if necessary. If you are ill, call for an appointment and we'll schedule one as soon as possible. When canceling, give your name, the name of your doctor and the appointment date and time. The Crist Clinic's medical fees are comparable to other certified OB/GYN specialists. Fees are to be paid in full at the time they are provided unless prior arrangements are made with the Clinic's business office. The responsibility of these fees is the direct obligation of the patient and the agency. We participate with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tricare/Champus, Medicaid, Medicare and file any and all insurances. An itemized statement from the Clinic will be mailed to you. All balances are due within thirty days of the billing date unless special arrangements have been made. Each patient's medical records are kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without your written permission. If another physician referred you to the Clinic, we assume you will want him to have an outcome report. A fee is charged to copy your record and forward it to a physician to cover costs. Regular office hours are from 8:45 am to 4:45 pm. Call for an appointment. Please call only during regular office hours for prescription refills so that your chart can be reviewed. Our business department will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding fees, billing, insurance, medical records or policies.
